Since '07 I've Reported Retaliation by DHS for Questioning Their Compliance In Processing My Medical Insurance Application & HBCB Waiver Insurance Coverage.

Because no one has listened to me more than 2 decades of my life has been stolen, I've been strategically placed on welfare without any access to medical treatment or disability support while my body deteriorates permanently, so that DHS can control, silence & torture me into silence. Three generations of my bloodline have been destroyed, while has been illegally blocking my access to healthcare and pocketing that money, while I was opened on Medicaid PMAP and HBCB. When I escaped after 17 years of maltreatment hunted me across the nation. I have been exposed to every form of violence, including sexual & am currently the victim of debilitating sexual harassment inside uninhabitable housing in retaliation for that 2020 escape. DHS Employees are trained to violate the law and whistleblowers are retaliated against, making allies hard to find. This continues despite proving beyond all doubt it is the state of Minnesota making me sick. What will rescue take?
