The Minnesota Department of Commerce was respectfully contacted in April 2025 regarding the ongoing illegal conduct of the Minnesota Valley Action Council in the Energy Assistance Program and have chosen to remain unresponsive, per usual— Minnesota enforcement agencies chronically ignore, bury and retaliate against victims who file complaints about the racist criminals they're employing. They are the facilitators of it at this point.
Black residence are winning, white employee's in enforcement are allowing those wins to be stolen and calling the outcomes "racial disparities" and "gaps" , while dismissing this chronic systemic crime as paradox. It's Roger B. Taney everyday — all these people act like they're not bound to respect the rights of black Minnesotans and that's just how it is.
As a Minnesota resident, all I should have to do is my job, correctly, once and move on; its never that. Its chronic systemic "forced" failure, even when criminality is required to force that failure.
These people are building a life, livelihood and reputation FOR ME from their criminal, immoral and careless actions, like a slave. I'm out of respect and patience everyone should be held accountable for their actions.
